Since July 2013 i am not using my above meter service due to my staying another place. On July 2013 my unit consumption correctly was shown as nil. Surprisingly in the month of August it showed in CESC bill as 560 unit which was absurd. My meter's display board at that time was not displayed anything. i lodged complaint before CESC having docket no. 230913/[protected] dated 23.9.2013. no response received by me. Thereafter upto December my bill is being sending with huge amount. Till December it comes upto 9160 and i was unable to pay that huge wrong bill. After several visits CESC representatives did not pay any heed to my case. CESC in the meantime on January 2014 CESC persons disconnected my said defective meter and now I am in painful situation without electricity also not being able to reside in my premises for that. CESC is not restoring my connection by changing disputed meter and correcting my bill. Was this information helpful? |
