CESC — CESC Bill Payment is done

I paid the electricity bill for the month of March'2015 through online using Bill Desk Gateway by my credit card. Payment was done successfully and generate acknowledge slip at the end of payment. But I didn't received the acknowledge slip in my email address [protected]@gmail.com. Also when I entered into CESC website bill pay section it shows not paid. It ask for payment again.
