In this respect I write to you for looking the matter and inform me on my email but you have note given the reply till date. Yesterday I received one SMS read as under Dear Consumer (Customer ID : [protected]), this is to inform you that an amount of Rs. 1650 vide Transaction ID ESBI[protected] dated[protected], (18:23), was successfully received by us. Thank you. Regards, CESC Limited. I had given my complain regarding for your billing for the month of September 2015 where as I along with my family are in Chennai since 2nd. August 2015. How this type of billing done by you as well as collect the money from my bank. Now I am requesting you please convert this amount of Rs. 1650 to my bank account or adjusted the same in next bills.
