We bought a property in chd karnal (Villa no. 764) in 2014 which was committed to be given to us within 2 years of time. My bank kept on paying all the money to developers regularly out of the loan but construction was not upto the mark. Till date we have not seen any growth any construction and company people are not responding to us. The whole amount of loan as per the agreement has been issued but no commitments been fulfilled by the developers. Its a huge harassment to us as we are not heared by and responded. Our regular visits and phone calls are not been attended and representatives have already said nothing is in our hands. Even we tried to contact the higher authorities also but nobody bothers to respond.
We are really harassed as our money got stuck due to which we can not buy another house to live and not able to get the one where money is already been give. Was this information helpful? |
