CHD Developers — Refund of the hard earned money of Rs. 5 Lakh

Hi, Myself Jitinder and I have booked 2BHK in CHD Resortico, Gurgaon two years ago in 2013 for end use. As this was my first step into real estate towards getting a home for my family, I wanted to go with a reputed name like CHD as it invloved big booking amount of Rs. 5 Lakhs. It was really disappoiniting when after such a long wait, I came to know in May 2015 that 2BHK project for CHD Resortico has been scrapped. When I asked for refund of my booking amount of Rs.5 Lakhs, I have been asked to submit NOC from my broker which I have already done in June 2015. Its been more than 4 months now since I'm following up on the refund of my hard earned money. After multiple follow ups with CHD leadership team, I have neither got any postive response from them nor they are responding to my emails. I did not expect such behavior from a reputed company like CHD. It is really sad when you have to follow up so much for the refund of your own money. I belong to middle service class and this amount of Rs. 5 Lakhs is a big amount for me. It could be a small amount for CHD leaders but for me it is something which I have saved in bits and is my hard earned money. It is really shamemful when rich people are making their own houses by taking money from middle class by fraud.
