Dear Sir,
My wife 'Priti Dokania' has gone a medical surgery of Eye in the month of November 2020 and total expenditure was Rs, 61, 172/-
Company has rejected the claim saying the the symptoms was existing prior the policy was taken.
I have taken the policy through Bank of Baroda and was continuously from last four year. The policy details are given below:-
