Cinema Capital Venture Fund — Non return of investment

I had invested INR 10 Lacs in this fund based on the advice of ICICI wealth management team. We were assured good returns but for the last 7 years all we are receiving is assurances from the management that liquidation is under way. It looks like this is a huge scam and the management should be criminally investigated since the amounts in question are in the region of at least 100 crores as per market feedback
