Cinepolis — Refund issue | |||||
On 18th April 2016 I've booked 3 tickets for the movie JungleBook and the transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account, (one time from my ICICI Bank Account and one time from my Paytm Account) I tried contacting cinepolis email support and phone support but no response. I've even contacted my bank and paytm but as per their records the transaction was successful. on cinepolis website it came the transaction failed and you have not been charged message. can someone from cinepolis have the courtesy to contact me or provide a number which i can talk to. please refund my money. with regard's diensh bhatt [protected] [protected]@msn.com Was this information helpful? | |||||
