Cinerewardz And Reliance Retail — Movie voucher tickets | |||||
Reliance retail offered 2 movie ticket vouchers on payment of Rs.69 and purchases of Rs.1000 on 28.12.15 . I purchased the vouchers and to my dismay it seems to be a big scam. I first idid a booking with option of 02.01.16 and 03.1.16 for Star Wars Movie with two cinema hall options, etc as specified by the site..However, i did not receive any booking email or sms. i did receive a authenication nmbr. My voucher no. is CR63dca08d8. They sent me an sms to wait for 48 hours for response email. Till 04.01.15 night i did not get any reponse I again blocked dates fro 3rd and 4th AND STILL DID NOT GET RESPONSE. NOW I HAVE BOOKED AGAIN FOR DATES 7TH AND 9TH. Again they have sent an sms stating i should wait for email response. Cinerewardz does not have any customer care telephone number nor any email id. Their feedback section on their website is dysfunctional. Through searching the net i found a number 40270000 for their mumbai office. That line first has a recorded IVR and then automatically disconnects. The reliance fresh outlet from where the voucher was procured shuns all responsibility and blames cinerewardz The entire CINEREWARDZ AND RELIANCE RETAIL VOUCHER SYSTEM SEEMS TO BE A WELL PLANNED SCAM. I bought four movie vouchers worth 8 tickets from reliance fresh on shopping rs-5000/- as per the rules I registered two vouchers and booked for two movies I received authentication no. Too in my phone SMS they said wait for 48 hrs but I did not receive any email for my e- ticket...I think this is all a fraud.. these vouchers are false
My experience was altogether different.
Initially the site gave the message that my Authentication Number was Invalid:
This meant that my tickets had already been used by someone else!
Later I tried again and the site give me this cryptic error : "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
WOW! TALK ABOUT NEW WAYS TO DEFRAUD THE PUBLIC!!
THE AMBANI BROTHERS HAVE WRITTEN A THESIS ON THIS -
MADE MONEY AS WELL AS GAINED A DOCTORATE IN THE PROCESS !!!

Its is big fraud. i have been trying since so many days but to no avail.I tried today as well and everytime i am getting a mail to book after 10th Feb. Reliance is known for breaking consumer trust and can't expect more from partners they tie up with.

This is to inform you thatMy authentication number is 946b1012b voucher expire date is 31/03/2016 from last 45 days i am trying to redeam my voucher but every time i received same message sorry we are unable to redeam this voucher. This is totaly cheating by Reliance fresh & cinerewardz. This is the my worst experiance with both groups. Also cinepolis provided contact no is not working. Totaly fraud done by cinerewardz.

The validity was till 25th Mar 2016 and I booked movie well before that. I recevied sms to check e mail for the response but no mail in my mail box till date. They sent me an sms to wait for 48 hours for response email. Till today I have not received any mail and the cinerewardz not picking the phone. [protected]. Their feedback section on their website is dysfunctional. The phone line first has a recorded IVR and then automatically disconnects.
