Citibank — Bill payment message for unactivated unused card | |||
Dear Sir, I have issued an Indian oil card from your bank. The agent has asked me to put an application as it is free for one year and in subsequent year you have to pay nominal charges or use it for min transaction of 20000/. I have not used this card till now. As I have informed that you have to use once to activate it. As have not used it at any time I am in perception that it is not activated and hence not used. Recently I have got the message that I have to pay 1140/ as annual fee of the card. This is not clear to me in any way, why I have to pay even if I have not activated yet.
