Sir, I had been sumit four time adhar card copy with sign and election voter id Proof for address proof, citi bank has not accepted alway said this proof Mismatch it has sent to citi bank through my registered e mail id, as per Asked customer officer, they are not beliving this adhar card, and election card verifying, like sbi and scb and icici bank they are accept this adhar card, every time sms sent me this proof is mismatch, please to do the needful action in this regards my citi bank credit card ending 2824 m [protected] Mahendra chauhan Was this information helpful? | |||||

My adhar is still not linked to citibank.
Online I uploaded, couple of time, but never successful.
What I should do now? (Name is same, but card have long form and ADHAR had initial)
SBI, all other Indian banks have linked my ADHAR.
If citibank cannot do now i only have option to close all my credit, debit, mutual funds.
I am citibank customer from m last 20 years.
