Citibank — Regarding wrong deduction of emi.

Dear Sir,
I have transferred my city loan no. 02LBNTOP8415840 to hdfc bank. I have deposited a Cheque of Rs. 140000/- at Crown Plaza branch on 116/01/17. Cheque no. is 569547.
But you have deducted EMI of Rs. 6958/- which you should not. Because my loan is cleared. So, you are requested to please reverse this amt. in my hdfc bank a/c.
