Non refund of payment

I had made payment through Citrus Payment Solution Pvt. Ltd Mumbai on 15 th Oct 2021 to NMC Nashik but the amount wasn't received to NMC Nashik. So requesting to refund my money as early as possible.

My money got deducted from bank account, but payment was not received by Zara and order was pending

Hi, I made a purchase on Zara website via Googlepay UPI. The payment gateway was Citrus Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Money got deducted from my bank account but it was showing pending with Zara so I had to cancel it. I haven't received my refund. Kindly look into this.

Successful transaction but failed payment on ZARA

I made a purchase on ZARA and made a payment via UPI - BHIM and transaction was successful but payment failed as per ZARA application and same didn’t reflect on ZARA app. My UPI ID is [protected]@upi

UPI payment stuck and failed but amount got deducted

Complaining about my payment to Zara

I have submitted my complaint on 21 September 2021 about my two payment failures to Zara. there has been no response from you guys. One bill is for 590 and another one was for 1790....

Regarding the payment via upi

Hi tried to place order from Zara… I opted for upi payment option… tha balance got deducted from my account but Zara website is showing payment failed… So i[censored] can get the refund of my amount please...

Money deducted from account but payment not received by Zara

I had selected upi as payment mode and made a payment of Rs 490 on 18th October to Zara and money was debited from my account but Zara is showing payment not received. Kindly refund my money....

Did not receive ZARA order refund

I ordered a product from ZARA app and chose to pay using UPI payment option. While the payment was completed using Google Pay app and transection was successful, however on the ZARA app in Citrus Pay gateway it failed to process and hence my order was not complete. Even with that, the money got deducted from my account and refund was not initiated from your end. So I’d like my refund at the earliest.

Refunding my college program fee

I paid my college program fee using net banking and payment gateway used was citrus payment solutions the amount was 25000.Amount was deducted from the bank but my college did not received the amount. I made my transaction on 11thoctober2021 and now its been 8 days and still my college have not received the payment

Zara online payment through UPI

I was placing an order on zara india online on 16th October and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via UPI google pay and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount
The purchase shows pending payment
I haven’t been initiated a refund.

Payment done but not received to the vendor

I tried placing an order of INR. 1780 on Zara through upi on paytm. The transaction was successful from my end and the amount was debited but it was marked as a failed transaction on Zara’s end. Please look after this issue immediately.

Zara India order Payment

I have made a purchase on the Zara India app of Rs 3680 through google pay to Citrus payment solutions. The amount is debited from my account, however on the Zara app the payment is failed. Kindly provide a refund or help with the same as amount has been cut from my account

Zara - Payment processed but not reached Vendor (Refund requested)

I was placing an order on Zara India online on 9th October 2021, 5:00 PM.

I completed the payment through google pay for which Zara had used the citrus payment gateway.

I did the transaction via my UPI ID and money got debited from my account but Zara did not receive the amount.

Unprocessed refund

zara order/ money got debited which they did not receive

I ordered from Zara, made a payment of 5780,
Citrus received the payment but Zara didn’t !
I want my money back! As the bank said they cant do anything from the beneficiary side since they don’t have the money...

Zara/Refund

Hello. I still haven't received the refund for the order I've cancelled a while ago. The payment has been done and amount has been deducted but Zara still couldn't even process it because it was a UPI payment and now they told me to contact this bank. Please make sure I get the refund at the earliest. Didn't expect such services through Zara atleast....
