Payment paid but not received by zara

I paid through citrus by google pay for ordering at zara but they did not recieve any payment and amount is deducted from my account and paid to citrus.
kindly initiate refund...

Money deducted from bank but order didn't placed

I was placing an order on zara india online on 6th November and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@sbibank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.

Amount Deducted from my Account but Booking not confirmed

Hello, I was booking Jungle Safari from Jib Corbett GOI Website https://corbettonline.uk.gov.in I used Netbanking using my ICICI S/B Account & from https://corbettonline.uk.gov.in I was redirected to ICICI via Citrus payment Solutions. After entering my ICICI Bank related info amount of 5521 INR. got debited from my account but the booking is still not confirmed. I even checked with ICICI already who said that fro their side payment was successful...

Unsuccessful transaction and returns

I made a payment on the ZARA mobile application using UPI, the payment was successfull and the amount was debited from my bank account but it was not received by ZARA and hence my order was cancelled. Please initiate a refund immediately. Receipt is attached below.

Payment failed but money deducted (Zara)

I was making a purchase from zara for Rs 3980, using my UPI ID. The money was deducted but zara never received it and hence my order wasn’t completed.

I’ve also written to Citrus solutions to enquire about getting my money back, but they haven’t reverted back yet.

Zara Payment Refund As Soon As Possible

I had placed an order on Zara on 25th
November 2021 & the payment mode selected
was UPI. I had made payment through
GooglePay & gateway partner of Zara is Citrus
Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Now the payment is debited from my account but was not made through, payment was struck and I’ve to do repayment from other mode.
I request you to please refund my 1st payment made of 4, 114 As Soon As Possible....

I tried to book a night stay at Jim Corbett with Reference ID: A[protected] dated 29th Nov'21 and the payment of Rs.9708/- is deducted via PHONEPE with transaction ID: T2111292330019098577403 (UPI Payment), requesting you to please initiate a refund

Company says payment not received

I made a payment of Rs 2382 on 27th Nov using my HDFC debit Card to Sahitya Books. The Ref no given on HDFC site is[protected]. Sahitya Books says no such payment received. The amount had been debited to my HDFC account. Please look into this.

Zara website money deducted

After going through the payment gateway of Citrus Payment Solutions, my money got deducted; however, the app still shows payment pending.

My humble request to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest...

Zara cancellation Refund not initiated

Was placing an order on zara india online on 27th november and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through paytm for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction from via @statebankofindia and money got deducted from my account.
I cancelled the particular order on 28th but did not receive my refund of it

Kindly check my concern and give me my refund at the earliest....

I have made a cancelation request from Zara and they have initiated the refund but I haven't received it yet, It was made through Citrus Payment Solutions. I Would like to get the refund as soon as possible....

Order on Zara

On 25th November, 2021 I placed an order on zara app and selected upi payment option. They redirected me to citrus payment solutions page. I approved the payment request on google pay upi of 7416 rupees and the amount has been deducted from my account but the app shows payment has failed. Please look into the matter...

Payment completed but in my ZARA order its showing as pending payment

From the ZARA app I ordered and did a payment through Gpay UPI which ₹8612 payment is completed but in my Zara app the payment amount ₹8612is not completed....
