Citruseazypay — Payment deducted from bank but not credited to the beneficary

I have made a payment of rs 1440/ dt. 10-9-22 to municipal corporation of amritsar thru the citreuseazypay, its ref id no :[protected], but the payment has not been credited to my account of municpal corporation of
amritsar.
