[Resolved]  Citruseazypay — Amount deducted but not credited to the beneficiaries account

I had remitted an amount of ₹9650/- to DSOI, Delhi through Citru Eazypay gateway on 12 May 2021 vide Reference No [protected], Transaction ID MBP1bdd57d7f4299ebca774 with Response Code :E000.

On 13 May 2021 I received an email from the recipient i.e. DSOI Delhi, that the amount of ₹9650/- has not yet been credited into their account.

The amount of ₹9650/- was paid through HDFC Bank, New Delhi through "CITRUSEAZYPAY" payment gateway vide their reference number[protected] of 12 My 2021.

Request refund or remit the amount to the beneficiary immediately under intimation to me for records.
