Classicgiftspune — They promise same day delivery and order is received after 6 days of placement

I am very disppointed with the service provided by classic gifts pune. I have placed an order on 13th Feb for same day delivery in Pune order no. DCGP-[protected] and after calling customer desk several times, they informed that order is not eligible for same day delivery and it will be delivered in 2-3 working days.
I have received the gift just now after 6 days of placing the order (which was promised 2-3 working days) and that too in spoiled condition. The laddoos are crushed and smelling bad. The laddoos are not of Haldirams as well. It is from some local sweet mart(Pratik food products). Please refer attached photograph for your reference.
Also, the courier service(DTDC) didn't deliver it at given address. I had to go to their office to collect it. And they have already marked status as delivered yesterday and when I have enquired about same they are giving lame reason that they have received it in their office yesterday so they marked it delivered
The worst service I have received ever.
