[Resolved] Clay Telecom — clay telecom good plans and service | |||
I had to go on a few business meetings last year in different countries, so bought a global voice and data sim card from clay telecom. The team helped me with a suitable package based on my requirements. I have been using services from other companies in the past, but always faced issues while calling or using data services, so i thought to try clay telecom services and didn’t bother to go through the dialing instructions, as i thought it would be the same. I tried calling my colleagues when i reached my destination, but the call didn’t go through. I could not understand the issue and was not even carrying the document which had the instructions. I got in touch with my account manager from a cyber café and he shared the document with instructions over email after which i was able to use the services without any issues. There were some instances of call drops though, maybe due to low network connectivity at some places, rest was fine. Was this information helpful? | |||
