[Resolved] Clay Telecom — good telecom services by clay telecom | |||
Last month, i went on a trip to usa with my friends for which i purchased an international sim card from clay telecom. The service provided by the company was good, there were a few call drops, but overall the network was good. Though there was no issue with the network, there was some confusion, due to which the free data that was available with the package got finished during the first 2 day itself and then the net charges were getting deducted from my main balance. I reported this to the support team and they had fixed within 24hrs. The amount that was deducted was reimbursed and the data was adjusted as well. My overall experience with the product and services of the company was good apart from that balance deduction. Was this information helpful? | |||

As I have account in HDFC Bank before one week my balance was maintained as -1000 for the reason of 'Mirevenue hold through gefu' it was unexpected because I didn't face like this problem before with another bank
