Cleartrip — [protected] refund not received even after 10 days of cancellation

For the trip id [protected], i have not received refund till now.

Hyderabad to tirupati

Travel date :27th nov

Received cancellation confirmation message on 24 th nov from clear trip.

verifying refund with airline is the status now showing, How many more months will take for refund.
