Cleartrip — Airline has refunded the amount but cleartrip is taking more than usual time to respond back

It was a March 2020 booking done in DEC 2019.
Trip cancelled due covid19 & AirAsia initially did not refunded the money instead they provided credits.

But after one year as govt. of india's instruction, AirAsia refunded my money on 14 Jan 2021 bacl to agency ie cleartrip.

But cleartrip is not refunding my money & taking more than usual time to respond. Air asia has already confirmed my refund on email.
