Cleartrip — Amount paid but booking not confirmed #[protected]

Hi,

I made flight bookings on Cleartrip on 24th Feb 22 for going from Kolkata to Jammu on 25th March & then back on 29th March after paying 50030/- . Both flights are via Delhi since there are no direct flights.

But I seem to be facing issue since the time of booking -

1. I received no confirmation from cleartrip on the bookings apart from saying that payment has been received.
2. I finally got a trip ID but it still says tickets yet to be generated with an expected date of 25th Feb.
3. The trip is not even reflecting in my account on cleartrip & I am not even able to raise a ticket against it.
4. I have received confirmation from the Airasia for the travel from Kolkata to Delhi on the 25th March but no confirmation from Spicejet for the onward flight from Delhi to Jammu.

Can you please help me get my tickets mailed to me since there is only a week left for me to travel? If you cant send tickets, just send me the PNR for the Spicejet flight & I will manage it at my end.

Would really appreciate a prompt response please.
