I had made a reservation on 20Dec on Cleartrip mobile application for Dubai-NewYork. I was duly charged the fare and a confirmation email was sent to me.
However a few hours later I received an email that my booking has been cancelled due to technical issue with the airline and that a refund is being processed. Upon being asked the reason for this, I was not given any explanation. Subsequently I received another email confirming that my booking has been cancelled upon my request (I have never made any request) and that refund is being processed.
I would want Cleartrip to honor the flight booking and am not interested in the refund as this cancellation is arbitrary in nature. Was this information helpful? |
