I had made a reservation on 20Dec on Cleartrip mobile app on Air India Dubai=Melbourne flight via New Delhi for flight on 14July2023. I paid the fare and received an email confirmation of the booking.
However after a few hours i received an email that the booking cannot be confirmed due to technical issue with Airline. When i responded back asking for the reason, I was told to contact Customer Support Centre. Subsequently i received another email which stated that the booking has been cancelled based on my request (whilst I had not made any such request) and that a refund is being processed for the amount paid.
This is unacceptable to me, I would like Cleartrip to honor the booking made by me. Was this information helpful? |
