Cleartrip — Booking was failed but amount was deducted and not yet received

I made a booking on 6 jan from ranchi to delhi but the booking was failed and i have been charged and my amount was deducted from my account which has not been credited yet to my account

Please help me to get refund of my amount i am trying multiple ways to reach you but i am unable get connected with your customer care service please solve my problem
