Cleartrip — Cancel flight ticket refund

Costumer id no.[protected] i book flight for raipur to madurai. due to covid-19 flight is cancelled by indigo.i request to clear trip many many time for my refund amount he is said amount is refunded but amount is not received in my bank account. he is called we send bank refrance no. whith in 4 hours but not recived up to date.
