Cleartrip — cleartrip - flight booking confirmed, amount deducted but still didn't receive any pnr and e-ticket

I had booked flight tickets from jabalpur to pune via indore for the date 13th, Dec 2022 through Cleartrip on 09/12/2022. My booking was confirmed on cleartrip's website and it said "Please wait a few hours to download the e-ticket, awaiting PNR confirmation." I have still not received any ticket confirmation from the airline
