Hi,
I had booked at royal orchid, pune from dec 30, 2021 to Jan 2, 2022. However, due to the omicron issue, as my flight got cancelled, Iam unable to travel. Hence i cancelled my stay. However i received an email stating that my refund is zero rupees. I had spent 20, 000 Rs for my booking. Why am i not being provided a refund? It states that the entire refund amount is going to supplier charges. What does this mean?
Please advise urgently, else I would like to raise an official complaint to ombudsman.
