Cleartrip — Deficiency in service

I had booked a trip id # [protected] (Mumbai - bali) departure on 03sep2016 at 01:15 hours from mumbai and return on 09sep2016 at 15:40 hours from bali. The flight chosen was jet airways. I had applied the code "flyint" which indicated a cashback of inr 5000 on successful completion of booking. However, when i completed the booking i saw that there was a discrepancy as the return flight booked was departing at 07:35 hours on 09sep instead of the flight selected i. E departing bali at 15:40 hours. Also, the cashback of inr 5000 was not processed after the booking. I resgistered these two complaints on 07july2016 at the call centre with jagjeet and i was promised a resolution within 24hours. I rechecked the status on 09july2016 and was informed that the complaint was under process and i will recieve a call back on 11july2016. I waited and called back on 13july2016 and was connected to hemang (Supervisor) who aplogoized profusely and confirmed a call back by evening. I waited for the call back and again called on 14july2016 with the same response. Finally in absence of any call back, i was forced to call again on 15ju;ly2016 and was informed that there was no problem at backend and i will have to reschedule the booking also the cashback that was not processed is still being checked and he would confirm the details.

I was left with no option but to reschedule the flight to the one i had originally booked by paying additional inr 100064 as suggested by marcus who also sighted inability to help in cashback credit and suggested i escalate the issue through email. I am still awaiting a confirmation on the cash back. My complaint is that i keep on receiving messages for booking through online app and this experience has left me wondering the sanctity of booking through app. To add there is absolutely no support from the call centre. I would like an answer on the cash back and resolution for the deficiency in service.

In absence of any response, i am escalating the matter to consumer forum

While I am trying to book the flight ticket it goes properly till traveller details. After that I am getting the message " OOps !!! Something went wrong here. Please try again after some time." I am not able to book the ticket since 2-3 days. I am not getting Why it is appearing so. I am frustrated .
