Cleartrip — false prrof by cleartrip IT team

Hi, Kindly note that cleartrip IT and concern department are replying with false and manipulated snap short with regards to mandatory online boarding issue. I made a request for 70euros refund which i have to pay while my travelling process at paris airport just because of no information in cleartrip ticket attached and also IT department failed to send me the link for the mandatory online boarding snapshort. this is very serious concern for Cheating a genuine customer.
