Hello sir, it’s been more than 12 working days and I haven’t recieved my refund for the flights that got cancelled from airlines end. My flight cancellation number is[protected]. The refund, if there are reasons and grounds for its effect, can not be done to the person, who refuses to introduce himself and refuses to provide his contacts.

You see by your own eyes that the police officer ware the badge with the name and the abbreviation of the rank at the uniform, the name of the police department at the Indian roads, for example, during the service hours.

Further, the customer shall address the complaint to the provider of the service and wait for 15 days for the primary decision (reply) prior to an escalation of the dispute to the customers court of the nearest big city or to the branch of DGCA in the state, according to their rules, if the customer resides in India.
