I booked my ticket on 23rd May 2022 and due to wrong name issue I called the Vistara Airlines to cancel my ticket and the assistant told your ticket has been canceled and you will get full refund within a week or 10 working days.
Since I did not get any confirmation via email or message regarding the refund I called Vistara Airlines again after sometime and she also told that your ticket has been canceled and you will get full refund.
On 11th June I checked that I did not get the refund so I called the Airlines so they told they have put the remark that full refund has to be given but ClearTrip from where I have booked the ticked has not given the refund. When I called the ClearTrip they told me I had to call them as well within 24 hours after talking to Vistara Airlines to cancel the ticket as the ticket was not canceled from their end.
So I called the Airlines again and they told they have passed the refund so ClearTrip has to give the refund but when ClearTrip called the Vistara sales they denied to give the full refund and the customer support told me that they do not have any connection with the sales team.
It has been more than a month since i have cancelled my ticket. I have email from vistara team that i am eligible for full refund( Rs 5875 ), yet i only got partial refund ( Rs 1601 )
