We have checked in in a deluxe room in hotel southern, arya samaj road new delhi The service of the room is very bad, and the hotel staff is not ready to cooperate with us .. We are very dissappointed by your service.. We are regular customer of clear trip .. But now i wont think, that i will make a booking another time .. I am highly dissappointed .. I am on a business trip and each second is very reliable .. Plz do something.. The hotel has not provided the basic ammenities that are placed in a 3 star property in a deluxe room.
