Cleartrip — Issue of refund against my hotel booking cancellation

I have not received refund for my 3 hotel bookings made through above company, till today April 30, 2021, though I cancelled the bookings on April 10, 2021 and bookings were for check in on 5th, 6th & 7th May. The partculars of the booking and my follow up are given below

Trip ID[protected] refund amount due Rs. 15207.99
Trip ID[protected] refund amount due Rs. 9972.00
Trip ID[protected] refund amount due Rs. 6164.00

Please note that bookings were cancelled on 10th April and I reminded them to transfer the refund amount on 17-04, 22-04 and[protected].
