Clear trip isn't refunding the full amount when an airline initiated full refund. They are deducting convenience fees as well as cleartrip charges from the refunded amount. This is cheating. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)

I have done a payment regarding booking Polo orchid resort cherapunjee on 14/2/2022 having the UPI reference no. at 10.34 am for the amount of 12, 359 rupees.
My amount was debited amount and I have received transaction id from SBI but the booking is not confirmed by clear trip

The website shows..Oops, your payment failed. Don't worry you haven't been charged.

I have given my complain through phone directly. My complain number is 13674786

The customer care service agent said that you will get your money 2 to 3 business days. But I haven't received my money yet. Kindly refund for the said amount as soon as possible.
