I have booked my oneway tickets from BOMBAY TO PARIS for 23rd October 2022 (trip id[protected] . While booking it was clearly mentioned 02 pcs of cabin luguages and once booked I received an email confirmation with 0pc of cabin luggage.
Shocked to see I verified the details on their website and it was still showing 02pcs of cabin luggage and its still showing today on 05day of my booking with same flight 02 pcs of cabin luggage with same price I booked. While spending enormous time everyday since last 5 days talking to their executives they not ready to accept the glitch in their website and says luggage must be zero while I booked!
I click the photo within the span of 5 minutes of receiving the confirmation email, according to them the luggage changed from 0 to 2 pcs when I clicked the photo, which is a complete blunt impractical lie. I have took a photo of flight I booked within 5 minutes of confirmation that the luggage allowance was 02pcs only and yet they says it was zero on time of booking but suddenly changed in 5 minutes! I have taken photo each day since I booked the ticket it shows same 2 pcs luggage with same price to this very day, after 5 days of booking.
I really really request you to hold them responsible and admit their lies! my ticket is non refundable and I have no choice to left. Buying extra luggage cost me more then the flight itself which is not affordable for a middle class man. its been a mental torture for me since 5 days. I really hope I get justice for this.
