Cleartrip — Money deducted from account, but booking failed, no refund | |||
I attempted to book a flight from Bangalore to Mumbai 28 October 2020, (ref[protected] but the payment failed on the payment gateway. I subsequently got a text from the bank showing the amount was deducted. I raised the issue with my bank, who informed me it would be refunded in a few days. This obviously didn't happen. I spoke to the bank and Cleartrip on many ocassions, and each time nobody is helpful. As it stands today, Cleartrip DID receive the funds (on 13 October 2020), yet are claiming they did not. I have the proof from both my bank and the payment gateway (CCAvenue) to prove this, but they keep lieing to me.
