American Airlines has cancelled flight on 6th October from IAH to MIA due to Hurrican Mathew and I have to try and convenience your CSR to get full refund.
When I called customer support on 7th October, I did not get proper answer. I have spoken to more then one representative. They were saying “we are not able to speak to American Airlines/ They are not picking up phone. Your team in vague in replying. Your one of representative Nikhil said “whatever credit we will get from American airlines, we will pass on it to you. When Airlines cancel ticket, it has to be full refund. What is “whatever”? Do they know also what they speak.
This is delayed too much. Kindly resolve this quickly. Sad to say that, the way I am getting support while booking ticket, same support I am not getting for refund that too where Airlines has cancelled flight. This should have been very smooth transaction.
Yesterday, I spoke to CSR named Aditya and he promised call back from his supervisor within 3 to 4 hours. As usual I have not received any call back till now. I also informed him that if I do not receive call, I will complain. It seems they do not care for anything. Aditya informed me to claim refund from American Airlines which I did yesterday.

Please fix this ASAP.
