Cleartrip — No refund for amendment fee | |||
I had made an airline booking from Cleartrip with trip id[protected] with the flexifly option. The flexifly option covers the amendment fee for any airline Rescheduling done on Cleartrip Unfortunately due to covid circumstances I had to reschedule my flight on the Cleartrip app itself During the first attempt of the rescheduling, my payment of rs 3304 was deducted from my back account and reached Cleartrip. However the rescheduling did not go through in the app and failed. During the second attempt of rescheduling, my payment of rs 3304 was deducted from the bank account again. However this time the rescheduling was successful. For the successful transaction as my flight was covered using flexifly, the amount paid for amendment fee was reimbursed by the insurance company. However the amount that I had paid to Cleartrip for the failed rescheduling transaction is not being refunded by Cleartrip . I keep calling and writing to them repeatedly but to no avail. They keep telling me that the issue will be resolved in 72 hours but it has been 20 days in total. I am.yet to receive any update on my refund inspite of providing all required details to their finance team. They never bother to reply and are unprofessional Was this information helpful? | |||
