Cleartrip — Non refund for four years

My trip I'd is[protected] booked on apr19. I have been following up since then . Ticket was booked with jet airways and it was cancelled by cleartrip . I received refund for only 602 rs. I have been following up since then. If I don't get a resolve I will go against cleartrip to consumer court now. My email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com and contact [protected]
I have filed multiple complaints .
I need a resolution soon.

Updated by Poosh This issue is not resolved and pending for four years almost. I have not been able to reach customer care person . They give customer care number but it gets disconnected the moment I enter my four year old trip id
