I have cancelled the ticket as per Trip ID[protected] on March 11th 2022 and had received a message that after processing, it will be credited to my account in 3 to 12 working days.
On 6th April 2022 I received a message from Cleartrip that they had processed the refund of Rs13, 932 for flight booking under Trip ID[protected]. The refund amount has been credited to your bank. Your bank will take 3-12 working days to credit the refund to your account. But I am sorry to say that I have not received the refund of my Guwahati- Chennai flight as on date. I had raised a chargeback through my bank and have raised a goodwill now. But the Company is not responding.
