Cleartrip — non refund of cancelled ticket | |||||
My trip id was [protected] which has been cancelled on 10th july 17 and was committed o deposit the cancelled amount in my account with in 5 to 7 working days. But till 10th day i have not received the amount. I searched all the web site of clear trip to find out the e mail address help line no for support but the web site is designed in such a way that you cannot approach them for clarification. All the time it is leading to a page showing that the ticket has been cancelled and refunded. For public convenience they should at least give an address or phone no. For clarification or at least online chatting facilities. All the facilities is one sided with a thick wall between them and the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
