I am writing this mail after a long period of waiting and communication and contact to different points.I was regularly booking my and family tickets through clear trip up to the last specified trips and was doing fine.But the above specified ticket issued for my son was cancelled as the journey to be cancelled and intimated you and i got the message that the trip is cancelled and I will get back AED.556 to my account .But the amount not yet refunded, when contacted INDIGO they informed it is to be settled with Clear trip
I tried to contact different office of yourself but unable to do so;
Can you please update on this and refund the same.
