Cleartrip — not giving refund,as well as not cancelling the booking

We booked a trip to ooty from cleartrip at la flora amberley resort(trip id no.-[protected]) for three families having 6 rooms but need to cancel 2 rooms immidiately.one of the family returned from airport as their mother expired on 24 june 2015, from that time we had made several calls to cleartrip but they are not responding our calls, by some excuses they were not cancelling are booking even according to their norms.
