I had booked one-way journey ticket on18/03/2022 for Trivandrum to Chennai through cleartrip.
The ticket booking confirmation cam at 23.07 Hrs.
At 23.32 Hrs there is one mor email from cleartrip indicating payment failed. The email also contained a link to check the refund status which also mentioned 3-12 working days to refund the amount which has been deducted. I had waited for the same and called up customer care wherein i got reply indicating the email at 23.32 was an error.
I am attaching the reference for kind review. The sequence of events as per time line are as follows
Booking ticket confirmation at 23.07 Hrs
Payment Failed email at 23.32 Hrs.
