Cleartrip — Re travel weight allowance

Hi

its very disappointing to write this email as its complete waste of my time energy
i have been coordinating with youlll since 10 days

my trip id no[protected] ticket from dubai to melbourne via brunei has weight issue

when i purchased the ticket it shows 30 kg across the sector of going and back

when i got the ticket from the airline it shows melbourne to dubai only 25 kgs. i was told to pay the amount i will get reimbursement back

when i mentioned them its 1280 aed youll refuse to give money back saying can give only 500 aed its its expensive for cleartrip to bear the loss

I NEED TO KNOW FROM SOME RESPONSIBLE PERSON WHERE IS THE FAULT OF THE PASSENGER.ITS MISTAKE FROM CLEARTRIP AND WE AS PASSENGER HAVE TO BEAR THE LOSS
