Cleartrip — Refund for Air India tickets

I booked Air India flight tickets for the month of April from Hyderabad to Pantnagar. I have raised many complaints but either they say they are working on it or partial refund will be initiated.According to the DGCA guidelines all the tickets booked during covid are eligible for full refund. I do not want partial refund or open ticket. It's been 5 months since I cancelled the tickets and raised the refund request and still the refund is not processed. The trip id's are
