Cleartrip — Refund for Trip ID[protected] | |||
I booked a ticket from Muscat to Singapore in srilankan airways via Colombo. As I got information from Singapore that I am not allowed to enter Singapore if I come from srilanka. Despite of this clear trip is showing booking option in unapproved routes. I cancelled my ticket within 3 hours after my booking. First it showed refund wil be done on 31 st November. Then again it's automatically changed to 12 November, now it's again changed to 24th November. My trip ID is[protected] Please help me to get refund soon I booked my ticket from my credit card so if I don't get refund ASAP I need to pay penalty for credit card Was this information helpful? | |||
