Cleartrip — Refund issue on cancellation

Sir,
This is from Jagadeesh Kumar, one of the group traveler vide trip Id:[protected] and booked the Round trip from Bangalore to Leh and Back as follows:
1. Trip Booked in the name of Gajapathi R vide PNR No.F7GDQM
2. Email ID: [protected]@gamil.com
3. Phone Number: +91 [protected]
4. Amount paid Rs.102696.00 on 22.03.2021 and Rs.3324.00 on20.04.2021 for rescheduling the flight through SBI Credit Card ending number 3333 pertains to Mr.Jagadeesh Kumar.
Sir, the same trip has been cancelled by us due to Covid 2.o issue and cancelled information has been received through SMS to the Phone No.[protected]. But no refund received till date.
Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
