Due to COVID-19 outbreak, Spice Jet has cancelled the Flight and they sent me the confirmation saying that entire amount will Refunded. As i booked these Tickets through ClearTrip and I have made several requests to them.
I have also received confirmation e-mail from them saying that money will be refunded. But now it is more than one year no refund is received. Cleartrip is now not responding to my e-mails
Need you attention and support on this.
